Simply navigate around the website using the menu bar on the left to find and select the product you are looking for. In addition you can also use the search function on the home page to track down your item of choice. When you find the item you are looking for simply click ©add to basket© to purchase. For multiple items add the quantity in the box prior to selecting ©add to basket.© In some cases this button will be located at the bottom of a list.

Credit card security is of primary concern to us and we only process online transactions through our payment service called SagePay. Your credit card details are encrypted using a 128bt encryption and these details can not be seen by anyone at Bradbury Art Store or SagePay.

All our prices include VAT where applicable as displayed on the website.

We try to maintain sufficient stocks to meet all orders but from time to time we might be out of stock or have limited availability on certain items. You can still order these items but there is a possibility that there may not be sufficient stock to fulfill your order at that time.

We will advise you of any items out of stock and give you the option to wait for new stock to arrive or receive a full refund.

If you have a special offer code simply place the code in the box at the bottom of the home page and click select. The website will then confirm this has been accepted. Any discount will then be applied when you go to checkout prior to payment. The discount is not shown in the shopping basket before this stage.

We aim to package all goods to a high standard and use reputable carriers but from time to time damages may occur. If this happens we can organise a replacement via the website. 

If any of the goods are found to be faulty contact us for advice. If we cannot solve the problem immediately we will organise replacement or refund, See our Returns procedure. All of our goods come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for a prompt exchange or full refund. See our returns procedure for further details.

*Please note. Carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by the customer.

Please remember to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

We have tried to get as much of our product range available on our website but we are updating and adding items on a daily basis. If there is something in particular that you are looking for contact us through the contacts section and we will try our best to source the item and possibly add it to the website.

We offer 10% discount to students purchasing from our retail store if you have a valid student card, this excludes sale and some selected items.

Students can register for their Web Discount through the retail store only at this time.

In-store discounts and special offers will also be available on the webstore.

We accept official school or Government purchase orders, simply email or post your official order using our contacts section and we will process your order immediately.

We also have the ability to cater for Schools/Groups who provide a list to students to purchase separately. If you work in the teaching profession and provide lists for art or graphics students we can setup your personalized list online allowing the students to buy from your selected items. Simply email your details and the items required to sales@bradburyart.co.uk and we will get back to you with the details.

You can order as many items as you want on our website. We have added stock levels to help customers who are looking for any urgent deliveries. In 2014 we served over 61,000 customers who purchased over 300,000 items. This means that our stocks are changing all the time and deliveries are being received daily. We take deliveries very seriously and aim to have goods with our customers with in 5 working days.

At present do not have an Express Delivery Option but we hope to add this shortly. We will start packing your order on the day of receipt and aim to dispatch the goods using reputable curious without any delay. If goods need to be ordered or co-ordinated from our various warehouses this may take slightly more time. You should always be in receipt of the goods within 5 working days, we will contact you if there will be any extended delay and you can decide if you wish to continue with your order or cancel for a full refund.
