Cobalt Blue Deep anchors the set — a true cobalt with real weight to it, the colour of mountain shadow an hour after sunrise. Bismuth Vanadate is an opaque yellow that's very hard to mix from anything else, and the two purples fill the gap between violet and red-purple that most ranges leave you to mix yourself.
