In-Store Pickup

  • In-store pickup is available for all items.

Please note some Items may need to be transported from our warehouse for collection.  We will contact you to confirm collection as soon as it is ready for pick up.

Free Shipping

  • Free Royal Mail 48hr Tracked shipping is available for orders over £35.
  • For expedited shipping options, we will provide additional details after your order has been placed.
  • Orders under £35 are charged at a flat rate of £2.99

Delivery times and dates are provided as estimates and are given in good faith. Actual delivery times may vary.

For EU and UK customers:

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Unless otherwise noted, deliveries will be made within 30 days of order acceptance. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United Kingdom
  • Ireland

Shipping to Ireland – No Duties or Additional Charges

As we are based in Belfast, customers in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will not face any duties, taxes, or additional charges on their orders. Enjoy seamless delivery within Ireland without extra fees.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If there are delays with your delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible with a revised estimated delivery date.
