1. How do I buy online from BradburyArt?

2. Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all displayed prices include VAT where applicable.
3. My special offer code isn’t working, what should I do?
Enter your special offer code in the designated box on the homepage and hit apply. If the code is valid, the discount will appear at checkout. For issues, reach out through our contact page, and we’ll assist you.
4. My goods arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take care to package items securely, but damage may occasionally occur. If your goods arrive damaged, contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
5. I received faulty goods, how can I return them?
If any items are faulty, contact us for guidance. We offer replacements or refunds, in line with our 30-day no-quibble return policy. See our Returns Procedure for details.
6. I no longer need my order, how do I return it?
If you wish to return an item, simply send it back to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend obtaining a Proof of Posting certificate. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
7. I can’t find a specific item on your website.
Our product range is regularly updated. If you're looking for something specific that isn't listed, please contact us, and we will do our best to source the item for you.

9. Do students get a discount?
Yes, students receive a 10% discount in-store with a valid student card, excluding sale items.
10. Can schools, colleges, or groups receive bulk discounts?
We offer bulk discounts and custom quotes for large orders. Email us the details at info@bradburyart.co.uk or call us on 02890233535. Official school or government purchase orders are also accepted.
11. Do you offer express delivery for urgent orders?
We aim to pack and ship all orders before 12 PM on the same day. Canvas and easel orders are usually shipped directly from our warehouse. If you have a time-sensitive order, please get in touch, and we can advise further.
12. Are there any additional costs for shipping to Ireland?
No, there are no additional shipping costs for delivery to Ireland. Since we are based in Northern Ireland, there are no tariffs or duties for shipping within the island of Ireland.
